During Holy Week we remember Jesus’ last days. We move from the triumphal entry into Jerusalem as the people shouted ‘Hosanna’, through the Last Supper and the Garden of Gethsemane, to Jesus’ death on the cross and laying in the tomb. Finally, we reach the triumph of Easter Day when we shout ‘Alleluia’ and proclaim that Jesus is risen.
Everyone is invited to take part in this journey. It’s not an easy journey but it is one that, as Christians, we are called to participate in. Jesus told his disciples that they must take up their cross and follow him. We too, must take up our cross; we should not, if we can possibly help it, move straight from the Hosannas of Palm Sunday to the Alleluias of Easter Day without first walking the way of the cross.

Children & Families
Everyone is welcome at all services and events. However, some services will be quiet and contemplative and may be difficult for some children.
Therefore, we've put together a special programme of services and events aimed at children and young families.
